Mr. Jablonski graduated from the university of Wisconsin Law School in 1983. He spends much of his time seeking just compensation and other legal protection for landowners. Mr. Jablonski regularly assumes the role of lead trial counsel for landowners facing condemnation cases, and he has won important fights for landowners through appeals to higher courts. Over a 30+ year legal career, he has developed strong skills and experience in proceedings involving real state, energy and environmental issues, toxic substances, natural resources, and consumer rights.

Kurt has 35 years experience handling complex labor and employment litigation for unions and employees including wage and hour class actions. He began his career working as staff counsel for the United Mine Workers of America, and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters where he had a national practice focused on federal litigation. For the past 20 years, he has focused his practice on representing public and private sector unions and employees in the Wisconsin area.

Dana LesMonde graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2009, where she interned with the Wisconsin Innocence Project, the Criminal Appeals Project and the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office. Her solo practice focuses on criminal post-conviction and appellate work, primarily representing indigent clients. Licensed to practice in Wisconsin.
