Frank Jablonski

Frank Jablonski founded Progressive Law Group LLC in 2004 and now leads Wisconsin Land Rights in its eminent domain and condemnation practice. Over the last 20+ he has represented landowners in conflict with entities taking their property using the threat of power of condemnation. A couple of the cases are profiled on this website. He brings to bear more than 35 years of experience in trials, dispute resolution and appeals. In addition to hundreds of landowners seeking just compensation, he has represented consumers, both individually and in class actions, county and municipal governments, non-profit organizations, businesses and shareholders. In addition to eminent domain, condemnation and real estate, he has experience in environmental legislation in appointments to two Wisconsin Legislative Council Special Committees. His work has earned high praise from clients, including a unanimous municipal resolution of appreciation for work on an energy related case.
